01 How long does it take to design a house?
It depends on the size of the house and how quickly decisions are made. Concept plans usually come first, followed by 3D elevations and then approval and working drawings. We share a schedule after the first meeting.
02 Can you design a house for a narrow or odd-shaped plot?
Yes. Narrow, corner and irregular plots are common in Chennai. Careful planning, light wells and split levels can make them work very well.
03 Will you also build the house?
If you want us to. We offer residential construction and turnkey construction, so the same team can carry the design through to handover.
